Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Consultant Oncology for Southern Netherlands to drive business growth in the hospital sector. You will engage surgeons, nurses, and OR management, delivering value through evidence-based product use and hands-on trainings.

The role requires 3+ years in hospital sales, a Master’s degree or equivalent, Dutch and English proficiency, and a B license. Based in southern NL, you will join a cross-functional team with strong growth expectations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent demonstrated through relevant work experience.
• At least >3 years of experience in hospital sales.
• Self-starter who works independently and leads opportunities with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Dutch and fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Driving license category B and residence in southern Netherlands region.

Responsibilities

• Sell innovative medical products to current and new customers to grow the business in the territory.
• Build strong relationships with clinical stakeholders to deliver sustained value.
• Generate market insights and develop value-based solutions.
• Contribute to account planning and price/value discussions with customers.
• Facilitate in-hospital trainings and provide expert guidance on product use.
