Job summary

Siemens Software in the Netherlands is seeking a Principal for ICX to shape strategic opportunities and establish scalable approaches across the practice. You will lead engagements where ICX and Xcelerator combine, guiding senior stakeholders and unblocking complex deals in a global industrial software context.

The role emphasizes deep technical expertise, industry perspective, and senior stakeholder engagement with hybrid work by default, supported by global mobility and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Technical: Full-stack solution architecture designs end-to-end data, AI and application solutions and remains hands-on in the build.
• Commercial & Organizational: Competitive positioning against Databricks, Snowflake and Palantir in front of a customer in a live deal; Use-case identification and value engineering.
• Industry depth across core industries: automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, electronics and pharma.
