Job summary

SQLI Netherlands is seeking a Lead CX & Digital Transformation Consultant to drive client-centric strategies, design innovative experiences, and orchestrate multidisciplinary teams across SQLI’s service lines. You will work with C-level executives to translate transformation visions into measurable value while contributing to business development and growth.

You will lead end-to-end consulting engagements, collaborate with digital and product teams, and help grow SQLI’s footprint across Europe.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, engineering, design, marketing, digital, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, customer experience, or product strategy.
• Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes.
• Track record of contributing to business development, proposals, or client account growth.
• Strong track record collaborating with digital and product teams, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess digital, customer experience, and organisational maturity.
• Analyse business challenges, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Define transformation visions, strategic objectives, and operating models.
• Lead Customer Experience transformation initiatives end-to-end: research, journeys, service blueprints, omnichannel experiences.
• Facilitate product discovery and bridge business, customer, and technology needs.
• Lead engagements end-to-end: manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets, risks, and present to executives.
• Shape win strategies, RFP responses, and value propositions.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and cross-sell.
