Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager to join the Growth team focused on Intelligence Center X, Siemens' agentic enterprise system and Mendix. You will craft compelling solution narratives that connect Intelligence Center X to business challenges, and translate platform capabilities into sales-ready content across industries.

Qualifications

6–10 years in Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, or Go-to-Market roles within enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
Experience developing solution messaging for AI, analytics, cloud platforms, application development, or enterprise technology.
Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and complex solution selling.
Experience creating sales enablement content and customer-facing messaging.

Responsibilities

Deliver differentiated solution messaging for Intelligence Center X and Mendix across priority industries and use cases.
Translate platform capabilities into customer-focused narratives and value articulation.
Create messaging frameworks for CIOs, business leaders, data/AI teams, and developers.
Develop go-to-market programs and industry campaigns with Sales, Campaigns, and Field Marketing.
Enable sales with messaging and content that strengthens pipeline and accelerates deals.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Brand to align messaging with roadmap priorities.
