Banyan Software is seeking a Sales Lead to drive commercial growth across the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, leading a small team of 2 and reporting to the CEO. You will expand market position in education, government and public health, close deals, and deepen client relationships.

You will combine strategic insight with hands-on execution, coordinate with marketing and product teams, and use AI tools for prospecting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• University degree level of thinking and working.
• Experience with SaaS sales processes in B2B public sector.
• Experience with complex sales cycles such as tenders and public procurement.
• Ability to move between setting strategic direction and hands-on daily execution.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Set commercial direction and ensure execution.
• Lead the sales team and close deals.
• Develop strategic client relationships and partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development to translate market insights into improvements.
