Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Bid Manager to lead end-to-end public sector tenders in the Dutch market, transforming procurement insights into winning proposals. You will work with sales, specialists, and decision-makers to ensure compliant, competitive submissions delivered to a high standard.

Based in Amsterdam with hybrid work, you will engage stakeholders across the organization and coordinate with contracting authorities to strengthen tender responses and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT industry with public sector tenders and RFPs.
• Proven ability to write, review, and manage European tenders.
• HBO level thinking and working style; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end public procurement and tender processes.
• Coordinate bid team activities and review tender documentation.
• Prepare, edit, and finalize tender submissions and content.
• Define schedules, milestones, and deliverables for timely submissions.
• Engage stakeholders to improve proposal quality and competitiveness.
• Coordinate clarification questions with contracting authorities.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and supporting docs.
