Datadog is seeking a Manager for Mid-Market Sales to guide a team of Account Executives. The role focuses on strategic leadership, mentoring, and achieving revenue targets in a high-growth environment.

You will shape the go-to-market approach for mid-market customers and ensure strong performance across the sales funnel. You will coach the team, hire and onboard new members, and drive pipeline generation while maintaining accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mid-market or enterprise sales teams.
• Proven ability to forecast and manage sales pipelines.
• Strong coaching and mentorship capabilities.
• Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud sales models and CRM tools.
