Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics seeks a Service Product Manager – Procured Equipment in Veghel to own the end-to-end service life cycle of procured equipment within TAL solutions.

You will bridge service, sourcing and product performance, ensuring solutions remain serviceable, profitable, and future-ready throughout their lifetime.

Qualifications

• Academic educational level Mechanical/Electronic/Industrial Engineering with technical background.
• 5–10 years of experience in international supply chain or service environment.
• Analytical and communicative skills.
• Capable to inspire teams, stakeholders, etc.
• Strong influencer and customer-first mindset.
• Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
• Business attitude, familiar with B2B.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service life cycle of procured equipment within TAL solutions.
• Represent Life‑Cycle Services towards Sourcing, ensuring alignment with service strategy.
• Monitor service performance in the installed base and define improvement actions.
• Act as primary service contact for assigned procured products, including new introductions.
• Proactively manage End‑of‑Service and End‑of‑Technical‑Support topics and upgrade paths.

Service Product Manager – Procured Equipment

As a Service Product Manager – Procured Equipment, based in Veghel, you are responsible for the end‑to‑end service life cycle of turnkey procured equipment used within Toyota Automated Logistics.

You will work at the intersection of service, sourcing, and product performance, ensuring that procured solutions remain serviceable, profitable, and future‑ready throughout their lifetime.

Your impact:

• Own the end‑to‑end service life cycle of procured equipment within TAL solutions
• Represent Life‑Cycle Services (LCS) towards Sourcing, ensuring alignment with service strategy and requirements
• Monitor service performance in the installed base and define improvement actions to strengthen service contribution margins
• Act as the primary service contact for assigned procured products, including new introductions and service updates
• Proactively manage End‑of‑Service (EoS) and End‑of‑Technical‑Support (EoTS) topics and define customer‑ready upgrade paths

Who we are looking for?

• Academic educational level Mechanical Engineering/Electronic Engineering/Industrial Engineering with technical background
• 5 - 10 years of experience in international Supply chain or Service environment, with a proven track record of embedding sourced products in a service organization.

This position offers a competitive salary range of €6500 to 7600 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
