Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Controls Support Engineer to act as a technical problem-solver for our customers. You will quickly resolve system errors, log incidents, and coordinate with specialists as needed, while supporting root cause analysis and preventing recurrence.

You will be the go-to expert for high-level software issues and regularly communicate with service teams and customers, contributing to outstanding customer satisfaction within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Technical background (prior technical experience required; training on our systems will be provided).
• Strong interest in SQL, PL/SQL and ICT Infra.
• Experience reading logs; familiarity with Kibana or Splunk is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Willing to work in shifts with your team.
• Flexible and problem-solving attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (driver's license a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents for our material handling systems.
• Log and process customer requests in our ITSM system.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and customers to resolve system errors.
• Analyze root causes of issues.
• Participate in weekend standby shifts.
