Job summary

Airwallex is seeking an IT Operations Support specialist to provide outstanding on-site and remote IT support for employees and contractors. You will own onboarding and offboarding, manage devices, troubleshoot hardware and software, and support AV for meetings and events across global offices.

The role requires strong macOS experience, excellent English communication, and experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, JIRA and Slack.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote IT support for Airwallex employees and contractors
Hardware and software support & troubleshooting – debug common problems on Windows, macOS, iOS
SaaS troubleshooting: Zoom, Slack, Google Chrome, Google Workspace
AV support for meeting rooms, events, office tech
Onboarding new hires: set up computers, accounts, onboarding
Offboarding: laptop recovery and decommissioning
Admin of common SaaS apps: Google Workspace, Slack, Okta
Write documentation and knowledge guides
Collaborate with global IT ops team
Assist other IT teams as smart hands
Handle complex requests; triage and prioritise
Lift and move IT hardware; basic tool use
Assist with office moves and builds
Thrive in startup environment and manage ambiguity
