Job summary

Artefact is seeking an IT Support Assistant to join our team and report to the IT Director. You will manage internal workplace systems, office network, and meeting room technology, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across Windows and Mac devices.

You will handle user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, inventory, and security tooling, while delivering friendly training and guidance to colleagues. This role requires availability to travel to our Utrecht office 2–3 days per week in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of experience supporting end users across Windows and Apple devices.
• Knowledge of user administration within Office 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and MDM solutions.
• Friendly, proactive, and engaging approach to customer service with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage your own time and workload with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide User Support: act as the main contact for day-to-day IT queries.
• Troubleshoot & Fix Issues: diagnose and resolve hardware, software and basic network issues on Windows and Mac.
• Manage Tickets: track and prioritize open requests to resolve issues promptly.
• Meeting Room Tech: maintain and support office meeting room technology for hybrid meetings.
• Guides & Training: create clear how-to guides and run IT inductions for new joiners.
