Job summary

Artefact is seeking an IT Support Assistant to keep our internal workplace systems running smoothly. You will report to the IT Director and collaborate with People and Finance to support laptops, accounts, and office technology.

Ideal candidates are proactive, friendly, and ready to roll up their sleeves to resolve everyday tech challenges. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, onboarding, and hardware lifecycle management in a hybrid Utrecht office.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of end-user IT support experience.
• Experience with Office 365, Google Workspace and AD administration.
• Knowledge of device security and basic hardware troubleshooting.
• Customer-focused approach with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT user support for Windows and Mac devices.
• Manage and prioritize IT support tickets to resolve issues quickly.
• Administer user accounts in Google Workspace, Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Support meeting room technology and hardware setup for hybrid meetings.
• Assist with IT projects, onboarding/offboarding and hardware lifecycle tasks.
