Job summary

Sunweb Group in Rotterdam seeks an IT Servicedesk Engineer to be the first point of contact for employees across our international org. You’ll resolve incidents, support onboarding, and improve processes to keep our digital workplace secure and productive.

The role requires MBO4 in IT or equivalent, experience in IT support, and strong English/Dutch communication (B2). You’ll collaborate with Infra, Security, and Dev teams in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• MBO4 degree in IT-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in IT support, service desk, or workplace support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support.
• Knowledge of Azure, VPN, Citrix, and workplace infra.
• Experience supporting Windows 11, macOS, and iOS devices.
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management and ITIL practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and prioritization skills.
• Excellent English and Dutch communication (min B2).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Resolve first- and second-line IT incidents and service requests via Jira, phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, M365, and workplace issues.
• Support onboarding and offboarding including accounts and permissions.
• Ensure access to tools and systems from day one.
• Manage user accounts, devices, and workplace applications.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Development teams to resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to ITIL-based service management and knowledge base.
