Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC is hiring a Payroll & HR Operations Specialist (Dutch-speaking) in Amsterdam. You will oversee HR operations, payroll processes, and contracts, ensuring compliance with Dutch laws and CLAs. The role requires confidentiality, accuracy, and strong analytical skills within a hybrid work model.

You will manage employee data, onboarding/offboarding, and liaise with authorities. Experience in AFAS Profit & Manus is a plus, and 2+ years in HR admin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, payroll support, or labour relations, preferably in the Dutch market.
• MBO Level 4 qualification in HR, Payroll Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Bachelor’s in HRM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts, extensions, and onboarding packages in accordance with Dutch labour law and CLA agreements.
• Manage payroll data and support payroll preparation with accurate employee records.
• Coordinate and monitor absence management, benefits, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Liaise with Dutch labour authorities to ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Assist in system implementations and change management initiatives.
