Job summary

JD Sports Netherlands is seeking a Dutch-speaking HR, payroll and operations specialist in Amsterdam to manage contracts, compliance, employee records, absence, and payroll processing in a hybrid role. This full-time position (38 hours) is embedded in the People department and reports to the Payroll & Operations Team Lead.

The role oversees HR operations, payroll processing, regulatory changes, and reporting, while acting as the liaison with Dutch labour authorities to ensure strict legal

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in HR administration, payroll support, or labour relations within the Dutch market.
• Experience with Dutch labour law and payroll processes, and handling confidential information.
• Familiarity with AFAS Profit and Manus software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contract lifecycle management and onboarding/offboarding coordination.
• Process payroll, ensure compliance with Dutch labour regulations and CLA agreements.
• Prepare HR & payroll reports and support audits.
