Job summary

JD Sports Netherlands is seeking an HR, Payroll & Operations Specialist to manage HR operations and payroll processing in a hybrid Amsterdam setting. The role emphasizes compliance with Dutch labour laws and handling confidential information.

You will own employment contracts, liaise with Dutch authorities, and support audits. The position includes end-to-end lifecycle management, reporting, and process improvements within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR administration, payroll support, or labour relations experience.
• MBO Level 4 qualification in HR, Payroll Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. A bachelor’s in HRM and PD L is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations and payroll processing with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Stay updated on Dutch payroll laws and regulations and implement changes for compliance.
• Prepare HR & payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, and support audits.
• Own employment contracts and liaise with Dutch labour authorities for compliance.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Assist employees and managers with contractual and payroll procedures.
