Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with managers across Schiphol and Moerdijk. The role supports performance management, employee relations, talent development and compliance with Dutch employment law in a hybrid setup (2 days from home per week).

You will translate the HR strategy into practical initiatives, support recruitment, lead absence management, and drive HR policy implementation and organizational change while collaborating with leadership across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Several years of advisory HR experience (HRBP/HR Advisor/HR Generalist).
• Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and absence management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on performance management, employee relations, talent development and employment law.
• Translate HR strategy into practical initiatives across branches.
• Support and coordinate recruitment activities to attract talent.
• Lead absenteeism and case management with sustainable return-to-work initiatives.
• Implement and embed HR policies and organizational changes.
• Own designated HR topics and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze HR data and prepare management reports.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
