Sperry Marine is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support teams in the Netherlands and Belgium. This hybrid, part-time role (up to 32 hours/week) blends hands-on employee support with strategic HR project delivery, shaping a positive employee experience across borders.

You will lead recruitment, employee relations, compensation planning, and HR process improvements while collaborating with an international team.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience with broad HR remit.
• Knowledge of Dutch and Belgian employment law and ER practices.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with strong project/change management experience.
• Confident communicator in Dutch and English, building trust with leaders and staff.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local law and standards.
• Manage employee relations cases and provide HR guidance to leaders.
• Drive improvements in HR processes to enhance employee experience and mitigate risk.
• Lead or support cross-functional HR projects and change initiatives.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and annual merit planning.
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition for NL and BE.
• Champion engagement, inclusion and employee development initiatives.
