Job summary

Sytac BV, a Netherlands-based engineering and data consultancy, is seeking a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for software engineering roles. The role blends hands-on recruiting with stakeholder collaboration to build a fast, candidate-friendly recruitment engine.

You’ll source, screen, and manage interviews, offers, and race to deliver top talent while maintaining a structured, data-driven approach and a strong employer brand across the NL market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven success recruiting Data/DevOps/Software engineers
• English communication; Dutch a plus; NL residency
• Proficient with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to balance multiple searches with high volume and attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for software engineering roles
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop early-stage hiring strategies
• Define must-haves, nice-to-haves, and realistic timelines
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events
• Manage interviews, feedback, and offer processes
• Track progress with Greenhouse and maintain clean data for reporting
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the process
• Strengthen employer branding through consistent candidate experience
