Job summary

Brunswick, a global marine leader, seeks a Technical Aftersales Associate EMEA to support Fliteboard dealers and end-users across the region from Amsterdam. You will drive aftersales excellence, training, and coordination with the regional service network.

You will balance ~70% dealer support and ~30% technical work, ensuring 95% end-user case resolution via dealers and service centers. You will onboard, certify and train dealers, manage warranty and parts readiness, and contribute to campaigns

Responsibilities

• Act as primary aftersales contact for assigned dealers and regional centers.
• Drive dealer-led resolution to maximize local end-user outcomes.
• Provide prioritized support and quick escalation for critical issues.
• Ensure adoption of aftersales processes including warranty and ticketing.
• Coordinate dealer onboarding, certification and training programs.
• Deliver technical trainings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support local end-users in Dutch market and DTC channels.
• Assist with servicing and repairs as needed and support events.
