Job summary

DTN is seeking a Part‑Time Associate Digital Workplace Support Technician in Utrecht to help manage the day-to-day administration of our digital workplace. You will ensure employees have devices, access, software, and support to stay productive and secure.

The role requires at least 20 hours per week and participation in an on‑call support rotation. You will work with MS 365, Intune, Autopilot, and Teams across Windows and macOS endpoints, while helping maintain asset inventories and on‑demand

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Knowledge of endpoint management, device provisioning, compliance monitoring, and MDM concepts.
• Experience administering user accounts, access permissions, security groups, and software licensing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, software, network, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV technology, or workplace tech preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and VDI environments preferred.
• Experience with IT asset management, inventory control, and lifecycle processes.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to communicate with both tech and non-tech users.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with organizational/documentation abilities.
• Self-starter who can manage priorities in a part-time fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding including device provisioning, account setup, access management, and asset recovery.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and support Windows/macOS endpoints using Intune, Autopilot, and other tools.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and related platforms.
• Manage user identities, security groups, distribution lists, licensing, and access permissions with MFA compliance.
• Monitor device compliance, endpoint health, patching, inventory accuracy, and lifecycle management.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, Teams, remote sessions, and tickets for hardware/software/connectivity issues.
• Support and troubleshoot Teams Rooms, conferencing tech, printers, and workplace solutions.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, coordinate shipments/returns, and ensure asset tracking.
• Document solutions, procedures, and knowledge articles; keep tickets updated in Jira Service Management.
• Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
