DTN is looking for a Part‑Time Associate Digital Workplace Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support the day‑to‑day administration of DTN's digital workplace environment, ensuring employees have the devices, access, software, and technical support they need to be productive and secure. This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week and participation in an on‑call support rotation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including device provisioning, account setup, access management, and asset recovery.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and support Windows and macOS endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and other endpoint management tools.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and related collaboration platforms.
- Manage user identities, security groups, distribution lists, software licensing, and access permissions while ensuring compliance with security policies and MFA requirements.
- Monitor device compliance, endpoint health, patching, inventory accuracy, and lifecycle management across physical and virtual environments.
- Provide technical support and assistance via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, remote sessions, and ticketing systems for hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, conferencing technologies, printers, and workplace technology solutions.
- Maintain IT asset inventories, coordinate equipment shipments and returns, and ensure accurate asset tracking and assignment records.
- Document technical solutions, procedures, and knowledge articles while maintaining accurate ticket updates and resolution notes within Jira Service Management.
- Participate in an on‑call rotation and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to resolve technical issues and support operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
- Knowledge of endpoint management, device provisioning, compliance monitoring, and mobile device management (MDM) concepts.
- Experience administering user accounts, access permissions, security groups, and software licensing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, software applications, network connectivity, and collaboration tools.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms, audio/visual technology, or workplace technology solutions preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments preferred.
- Experience with IT asset management, inventory control, and equipment lifecycle processes.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Self‑starter who can manage competing priorities and work independently in a part‑time, fast‑paced environment.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between €30,750 and €41,000 annually (full‑time range; final offer may differ for part‑time). DTN is a pay‑for‑performance organization, offering opportunities to increase compensation over time. The actual base pay offered will depend on factors including prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market‑competitive variable pay and benefits.
