Job summary

DEFION is seeking a Planning & Support Coordinator for the Prevent department in Zoetermeer. You will help organize planning and capacity for consultants across vulnerability assessments, pentests, and awareness programmes, coordinating calendars and handovers between Sales and Consultancy. Excellent Dutch and English are required.

You will work hybrid, with 3–4 office days per week, and 32–40 hours weekly, in a fast-growing cyber-security firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and organising, e.g., as a planner or coordinator.
• MBO 4 or higher education or equivalent.
• Affinity with IT or cyber security.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Support Prevent managers in planning and allocating consultants’ capacity across ongoing assignments.
• Keep planning and calendars up to date and clear for projects and recurring services.
• Be the first point of contact for consultants and clients on planning and coordination questions.
• Monitor deadlines and alert managers when a schedule is at risk of slipping.
• Support hand-over of new assignments from Sales to Consultancy by recording agreements and details carefully.
• Compile overviews and reports on planning and capacity for the Prevent managers.
