Job summary

Infinity Global, Inc. in Rotterdam is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support account teams and retail locations, ensuring accurate and timely sales order processing and serving as the point of contact for service inquiries.

You will process orders, returns, and cancellations in ERP, provide order acknowledgements, and collaborate across departments including 3PLs to ensure delivery and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or 4+ years of related experience.
• 1–2 years in high-volume, fast-paced customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Native-level French and excellent English communication.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Ability to self-train on SharePoint, Yellowfin, Pentaho.
• Knowledge of multi-currency, time zones, and geography.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, returns, and cancellations in ERP.
• Provide prompt, accurate customer service responses.
• Create and share order acknowledgements with customers.
• Coordinate with other departments, 3PLs, and customers for processing, delivery, and invoicing.
• Analyze inquiries, research solutions, and advise the Account Manager.
• Collaborate with Account Team to monitor inventory.
• Approve and release orders for warehouse fulfillment and shipping docs.
• Maintain account knowledge to support Account Manager.
• Prepare account-related reports for review.
• Assist Account Team with daily functions.
