Job summary

DO IT Organic is hiring for a role focused on coordinating customer orders and delivering excellent service across markets. You will respond to inquiries, support commercial activities and collaborate with colleagues from multiple departments.

The position offers a full-time, 40-hour work week with standard hours and a people-centered culture in an international environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with experience in order management tools and MS Office preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support or commercial administration.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to prioritise, stay organised and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process and confirm customer orders received through email, webshop and internal systems.
• Ensure orders are executed according to commercial agreements, customer requirements and internal logistics processes.
• Coordinate with logistics and other departments to ensure a smooth order flow.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Support customers with documentation, credit notes and administrative requests.
• Identify potential issues and proactively contribute to solutions.
• Help improve processes, communication and customer satisfaction.
• Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
• Support commercial activities and help strengthen collaboration between Customer Service and Sales.
