Job summary

EPAM Systems in Amsterdam is seeking a Cloud Engagement Lead to drive Google Digital and AI transformation engagements in a hybrid setup. You will own bookings, shape deals, and lead executive-level discussions across Google, Delivery, and EPAM leadership.

The role requires deep cloud strategy experience, senior BD skills, and ability to accelerate co-sell and co-delivery models with enterprise clients. Travel up to 25–50% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Proven track record in cloud transformation and BD leadership.
• Strong communication and executive-facing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline for Google Digital and AI transformations.
• Lead opportunities from origination to closure with strategic pursuit leadership.
• Collaborate with Google account teams for go-to-market and co-sell motions.
• Shape transformation deals, including architecture oversight and messaging.
• Mentor client partners in co-sell and partner-led selling.
