Job summary

Treatwell is seeking a high-energy Marketing Manager for Partner Engagement & Advocacy to elevate our reputation and presence across our 95,000+ salons. You will own two ambitious projects that build brand visibility, salon trust and generate organic leads.

Reporting to the Marketing Lead B2B, you’ll lead in-store branding initiatives, design a global B2B ambassador network and coordinate with Product/Tech and Sales to scale rollout across markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Tech Marketing experience.
• An operational rockstar driven by efficiency and energy, turning complex logistics into scalable impact.
• Highly organized in managing large-scale physical and digital rollouts across 95,000+ touchpoints in multiple international markets.
• Ability to inspire salon partners, influence field teams, and collaborate with central Tech teams.

Responsibilities

• In-Store Visibility: Build, deploy, and scale Treatwell’s physical in-store branding and Welcome Pack experience across 95k+ partners.
• B2B Ambassador Program: Design and scale a high-impact B2B Ambassador network across all markets to showcase Treatwell’s value.
• Reputation & Competitive Shield: Leverage local visibility and partner advocacy to strengthen Treatwell's market reputation.
• Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate with Product/Tech teams for enablement and local Supply/Sales teams for deployment.
