Job summary

Treatwell is hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive core B2B growth across 14 countries, connecting strategy, data and execution as an individual contributor. You will own critical business projects and spearhead non-programmatic growth loops beyond performance marketing.

The role requires 7+ years in B2B marketing or growth in tech, strong data skills, and an execution-focused mindset. English fluency is mandatory; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on B2B Marketing or Growth in Tech.
• Data-driven with ability to dive into complex datasets.
• Growth mindset with willingness to test hypotheses fast.
• Delivery-focused with ability to execute both strategically and hands-on.
• Structured project management skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
• English fluency required; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic & High-Impact Projects: partner with Exec team, Data, and Finance to translate insights into execution across markets.
• New B2B Channel Scaling: test, validate, and scale non-traditional acquisition channels (B2B referrals, self-signups flow, etc.).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align growth loops with business unit goals with leadership, Data, Finance, Product, and Sales.
