Job summary

Mollie is seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Amsterdam for a 1-year fixed-term contract. Hybrid work, embedded in the People department, driving end-to-end hiring for core engineering roles with direct collaboration to shape hiring strategy and briefs.

You will own hiring projects, introduce structure to intake and pipeline planning, and leverage data and AI tools to improve candidate experience and time-to-hire.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on tech hiring.
• Ability to engage and challenge engineering stakeholders as a true business partner.
• Experience owning complex tech searches end-to-end across roles from evergreen to senior/niche positions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for Engineering roles from intake to offer with pace and precision.
• Partner with Engineering stakeholders to shape hiring strategy and briefs.
• Calibrate intake, pipeline planning and ensure decisions reflect team direction.
• Identify and fix process gaps slowing tech hiring before issues arise.
• Lead larger tech hiring projects and raise TA impact across the business.
• Contribute to AI-enabled recruiting, data workflows, and candidate experience improvements.
