• Own end-to-end hiring for Engineering roles from intake to offer.
• Partner with Engineering stakeholders to shape hiring strategy.
• Calibrate briefs and plan pipelines reflecting team direction.
• Identify and fix gaps slowing tech hiring before they escalate.
• Lead major tech hiring projects with leadership involvement.
• Contribute to Mollie's AI-enabled recruiting practice and data-driven workflows.
