Mollie is seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition Business Partner to own end-to-end engineering hiring across the organisation. You’ll partner with Engineering leaders, shape briefs, and elevate the quality and speed of searches using data-driven insights.

This fixed-term 1-year contract role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to Mollie’s AI-enabled recruiting efforts to improve hiring quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on tech hiring, ideally in high-growth or scale-up environments.
• Ability to engage, influence, and challenge Engineering stakeholders as a true partner.
• Experience owning complex tech searches end-to-end, from evergreen roles to senior or niche positions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for Engineering roles from intake to offer.
• Build partnerships with Engineering stakeholders to shape hiring approaches.
• Bring structure to tech intake, calibration, and pipeline planning.
• Identify and fix blockers in the hiring process before they escalate.
• Lead larger tech hiring projects with leadership involvement.
• Contribute to Mollie’s AI-enabled recruiting practice and data-driven workflows.
