New Opportunity: Senior HR Business Partner (3-Month FTC)

Dutch, English & German-speaking | Onsite (Venlo area) | FTC only

The Rec Hub is partnering with a fast-growing international business, and we’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR team on a 3-month Fixed Term Contract.

This is a high-impact hybrid role based near Venlo, Netherlands, offering the chance to support and shape people strategy across a truly dynamic environment.

Onsite only – office near Venlo

About the role:

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor across all areas of HR – from daily operations to strategic planning and change management. You’ll also contribute to international HR projects that support the business’s growth and transformation goals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Advising managers on all HR-related topics – from org design to employee development
• Supporting the annual HR cycle – strategic workforce planning, performance, merit reviews
• Playing a key role in international HR projects and process improvement
• Providing expert advice on employment law, works council topics, and HR policy
• Collaborating across countries and departments to ensure consistent, people-first practices
• Acting as a coach, mediator, and partner to leaders and employees alike

What we’re looking for:

• Strong HR BP experience in an international, fast-paced environment
• Completed HBO education in HRM, Business Admin, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR regulations
• Comfortable driving change and navigating complex stakeholder environments
• Energetic, pragmatic, and able to quickly build trust at all levels
• Fluent in Dutch and English – working knowledge of German is a big plus
