A global leader in advanced technology solutions is looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist. The role is part-time (24 hrs per week) and involves managing recruitment processes and supporting employee development. Candidates should have 4–5 years of HR experience and strong knowledge of Dutch labour law. Fluency in Dutch and English is required. As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a HR & Recruitment Specialist (Dutch speaker) to join their team and play a key role in supporting their people agenda. This role combines hands‑on recruitment with employee coaching, performance support, and HR process coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and external partners. (tech and engineering roles)
• Partner with managers to support performance management, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, including sickness and reintegration cases, ensuring alignment with Dutch labour law.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Act as the main point of contact for HR‑related questions from employees and managers.
• Collaborate closely with the Global HR Director (US) and local HR & Finance team.
• Support the continuous improvement of HR processes and contribute to a positive company culture.

• Proven background in recruitment and employee coaching.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
