NLForce is seeking an HSE Supervisor to oversee compliance with EHS regulations across challenging industrial sites in the IJmuiden / Port of Amsterdam region. The role focuses on risk assessments, work permits, and safety culture in collaboration with international crews.

The ideal candidate holds NEBOSH and VCA-VOL/SCC certifications, with 3–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in heavy industry. Fluency in English and Dutch is required for effective site leadership.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH, MVK/HVK required and valid VCA-VOL/SCC certification.
• 3–5 years as Safety Officer in heavy industry, steel, or refineries.
• Fluent in English and Dutch for on-site coordination.

Responsabilités

• Conduct daily site safety inspections, lead kick-off meetings and Safety Toolboxes.
• Review LMRA, TRA and work permits for high-risk operations (confined spaces, lifting, hot work).
• Align plant safety requirements with daily site execution of international crews.
