Job summary

The Safety Hub is seeking an HSE Coordinator for an on-site role in Rotterdam, supporting piping and HVAC activities on a major industrial project. This position offers a freelance or CDI arrangement with on-site presence in Rotterdam and a 6–8 month duration.

Ideal candidates bring proven HSE coordination experience on industrial sites, strong knowledge of SEVESO and Dutch safety rules, and fluent Dutch and English. French is a plus. Accommodation can be provided on-site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HSE coordination on industrial sites and piping/HVAC.
• Knowledge of SEVESO regulations and industrial site safety.
• Dutch and English mandatory; French desirable.
• Hands-on leadership and responsiveness in a demanding context.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise HSE safety across all piping and HVAC works.
• Ensure compliance with SEVESO and Dutch regulations.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and follow-up of action plans.
• Serve as the primary liaison between client, subcontractors and authorities.
