I am currently looking for a HSE Manager to join my client on a on a permanent basis, based near to Haarlem, Netherlands.

The role would require a HSE manager to join this international client on a major processing plant in the heavy manufacturing industry. Any prior industrial/SEVESO experience would be highly beneficial.

They are working on the operational safety, maintenance and the management of their HSE/HSEQ systems. You will develop and implement safety policies, standards, and safe working practices while ensuring compliance with legislation and company requirements. Assess and mitigate complex safety risks, advise management on control measures, and establish standards for PPE, work permits, machine safety, and risk assessments. Support incident investigations, audits, and inspections, acting as a trusted safety expert and advisor to management, HSEQ teams, and other safety professionals.
