Job summary

G2 is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the health, safety and environmental function for an owner/operator in the energy sector near Moerdijk, Netherlands. You will build HSE systems, create standards and procedures, and guide the organisation on compliance and improvement initiatives.

You will own the HSE strategy, roll out training, conduct site audits, and liaise with Dutch authorities while supporting both project delivery and operations.

Qualifications

• MVK/HVK/PA1/PA2 or NEBOSH qualification required.
• Strong understanding of Dutch HSE legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience engaging with Dutch authorities and external stakeholders.
• Experience in energy, industrial, process or manufacturing environments.
• Owner/operator experience preferred or consultancy background acceptable.

This opportunity will see you take ownership of the company's HSE function, supporting both project delivery and operational assets while building and implementing HSE systems, standards, and procedures across the business.

Requirements

• MVK, HVK, PA1, PA2 and/or NEBOSH qualification

• Owner/operator experience is preferred, although consultancy backgrounds will also be considered
