About the Role

For one of our clients in the technology and consumer electronics industry, we are looking for an HR Generalist to support employees across the EMEA region. This is a dynamic role within an international environment, where you will act as the first point of contact for HR related queries and provide operational support across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for HR queries across EMEA
• Support day to day HR operations including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding
• Manage HR processes and ensure accurate and timely administration
• Maintain employee data and ensure data quality in HR systems
• Coordinate contracts and documentation
• Identify and support process improvements and standardization

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business or similar
• 2 to 3 years of HR or administrative experience within an international environment in EMEA
• Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset
• Detail oriented and accurate
• Affinity with process improvement and data driven work

Nice to have
