Job summary

NN Group is seeking a Lead Skills to drive a skills-based transformation across HR, workforce planning and talent practices. You will own the enterprise skills framework and ensure embedding of skills into core HR processes for internal mobility and career development.

You will lead changes, govern taxonomy evolution, and partner with HR, Data & Digital to enable agile workforce strategies. Fluent English is required and Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience leading workforce transformation initiatives within complex international organisations.
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing skills frameworks and taxonomies that align with business strategies and enhance talent management.
• Strong stakeholder management, engaging diverse teams to drive adoption of skills-based practices across HR processes.
• Excellent analytical skills translating strategic workforce needs into practical frameworks.
• Experience in international skills-based organisations or consulting for such organisations.
• Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve NN's enterprise skills framework, maintaining the skills taxonomy and aligning with business strategy and workforce priorities.
• Embed skills into key HR processes such as Talent Acquisition, Internal Mobility, Career Development, and Performance Management.
• Lead the development and implementation of skills-based organisation strategies and drive change related to skills transformation.
• Define business requirements for skills-related technology solutions and act as the business owner for relevant capabilities within HR technology platforms.
