Job summary

Levy NL in the Netherlands seeks an SAP SuccessFactors HR Business Analyst to help implement Position Management for a major Dutch bank. You will bridge HR, SaaS partners and IT, shaping the employee experience across HR modules while also supporting daily HR IT operations.

The role is full-time (36 hours) with a gradual ramp in 2026 and a hybrid work model. You will gather requirements, refine HR processes, manage change risks, and assist with day-to-day queries from employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Developer in the HR domain.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Position Management, Succession, Performance or Learning is a plus).
• Proven requirements gathering experience and a strong understanding of HR policies and employee lifecycle processes.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for new SuccessFactors functionality and align them with IT partners.
• Analyse and refine HR processes together with HR colleagues and SaaS suppliers.
• Support change risk assessments and play an active role in managing IT changes.
• Assist with daily run operations, including handling questions from employees.
