Accell Group is seeking an HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR management across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will report to the CHRO, lead a small HR team, and collaborate with the Works Council to drive process improvements and data governance. Travel across NL offices is occasional.

With ongoing changes and the need to improve how HR operates across the Netherlands and Belgium, the role of HR Manager is critical. This position focuses on bringing structure, improving processes, and ensuring reliable HR operations and data. This role combines hands‑on operational work with process improvement and stakeholder management, including close collaboration with the Works Council.
