Job summary

Telespazio Netherlands is seeking an HR Administration, Learning & Development Manager to oversee HR administration, compliance with local labour laws, and drive learning initiatives in partnership with the Head of People & Organisation.

You will standardize HR processes across the Netherlands and Czech Republic, manage payroll coordination and benefits, lead onboarding, performance management, coaching, and develop targeted training solutions to close skills gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Dutch employment law, employee lifecycle processes, and absence management.
• Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR Operations: onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits management, contract administration, and employee records.
• Legal Compliance and Audit: ensure HR practices comply with national regulations and labour laws; conduct regular audits.
• Payroll and Benefits Administration: oversee payroll processes and benefits programs; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Talent Development: develop and implement training programs; manage onboarding and integration; support performance reviews and coaching.
• Project Control and Process Improvement: lead HR projects; standardize processes; manage data reporting and dashboards.
