Job summary

Teladoc Health Amsterdam seeks an HR Manager to own People Operations in the Netherlands, running day-to-day HR operations, recruitment and employee processes while partnering with the Country Manager and local management.

Focus will be on Dutch employment-law compliance, onboarding, payroll coordination and HR systems, with opportunities to contribute to workforce planning, organizational development and strategic people priorities as the team scales.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on HR operations experience in the Netherlands.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and local HR practices.
• Experience with payroll coordination and end-to-end recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HR operations including contracts, onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure Dutch labor law compliance and audit-ready documentation.
• Lead recruitment for open roles from job description to offer.
• Partner with Country Manager and local management on people, organization topics.
• Maintain accurate HR records, systems and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Translate global policies into local practices and drive process improvements.
