Job summary

Grupo SAF. Selección, Asesoramiento y Formación in Lelystad, The Netherlands, seeks an HR Manager to lead the site’s Human Resources function and drive the HR strategy in collaboration with Operations.

You will oversee people management, policy execution and HR projects to support productivity and service quality. The role focuses on developing leaders, strengthening workforce planning, reducing turnover and absenteeism, and guiding internal communications.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at the logistics site of a leading company in Lelystad (The Netherlands).

The mission of the role is to lead the sites HR strategy and people management, ensuring operational excellence while directly contributing to improvements in key business indicators such as productivity, absenteeism, employee turnover, engagement and service quality. In addition, the role will drive the evolution of the HR function, strengthening its integration with Operations and enhancing the leadership capability of operational managers.
