Job summary

Thales is seeking an HR Business Partner for the NL organisation. You will partner with managers and employees to drive HR initiatives in a dynamic, international matrix setting. The role emphasizes coaching, staff development, diversity, and performance management across multiple units.

You will operate in a hybrid work model with a focus on strategic HR, culture change, and efficient administrative processes. English and Dutch fluency are required, and the team collaborates across 68 countries.

Qualifications

• HB-/WO degree in HRM or Business Administration.
• Approximately five years of experience as HR advisor in a complex international matrix organisation.
• Knowledge of HR instruments and processes.
• Flexible and agile mindset with ability to switch tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Coach and spar with department managers on HR topics.
• Translate HR goals into practical solutions across the organisation.
• Manage staffing, diversity & inclusion, development programmes, admin, outflow and absenteeism.
• Support and challenge in Performance Management and Professional Development.
