Job summary

The European Medicines Agency in Amsterdam, Netherlands, seeks an HR Officer (Staff Matters) to deliver HR strategic objectives and support change management within Staff Matters. You will manage benefits processing, sickness absence, and policy updates, ensuring compliance with EU Staff Regulations and Financial Regulations.

This role includes coordinating HR data, developing new automation initiatives, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to budget and workforce

Qualifications

• University studies of at least three years attested by a diploma.
• At least 2 years of professional experience related to duties outlined in this vacancy notice.
• Fluency in English (C1) and knowledge of another official EU language (B2).

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR processes and policies, digitalisation and automation in HR Staff Matters.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate with staff on HR matters.
• Manage staff benefits administratively, respond to staff queries, apply EU Staff Regulations.
• Prepare statistics and analyze trends to support HR management and budgeting.
• Support HR processing strategies, projects and initiatives within areas of expertise.
