Redcare Pharmacy in Sevenum, Netherlands, seeks an HR Advisor (m/f/d) to partner with managers and staff across the employee lifecycle. You will support employee relations, absence management, and Dutch employment law in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

You will handle sickness cases, onboarding, contract changes, transfers and offboarding, working with Payroll and Recruitment to ensure compliant HR processes. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR advisory/HR generalist experience.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers and employees on operational HR topics, including employee relations and absence management.
• Take ownership of sickness cases and ensure compliant case management.
• Guide employees through onboarding, contracts, transfers and offboarding.
