Flexport in Amsterdam is seeking a People Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR support across our growing region. You’ll guide leaders through onboarding, internal mobility, absence management and offboarding, following SOPs to keep processes swift and transparent.

You’ll partner with legal on compliance, support performance reviews, employee relations, and policy guidance, and help run projects like the biannual review cycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience in hands-on roles across countries.
• Deep knowledge of Netherlands labour law; EU knowledge a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and process adherence.
• Decisive, resilient in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; stakeholder management.
• Proficient in HRIS tools; analytical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day manager support and employee lifecycle guidance.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws; collaborate with legal.
• Guide performance management and review cycles for leaders.
• Handle employee relations and build strong partnerships.
• Advise on policy matters and align with HR leadership when needed.
• Support recurring projects like biannual review cycles.
