Job summary

GoodHabitz is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team this summer. You will work closely with our international Recruitment team and gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment process.

We’re looking for a student in HR-related studies who is available full-time from October to March, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating in English. Internship allowance is provided and the team is friendly and inspiring.

Qualifications

• Student currently enrolled in an HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing or a related study.
• Available full-time, ideally starting this October and able to stay until March.
• Super organized, proactive, with attention to detail.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking up.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support the international Recruitment team across the full recruitment process.
• Assist in attracting, identifying and engaging great talent.
• Learn recruitment operations in a fast-paced, international scale-up.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll work closely with our international Recruitment team and gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment process. You’ll support us in attracting, identifying and engaging great talent while learning how recruitment works in a fast-paced, international organisation.

Who You Are:

• A student currently enrolled in an HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing or a related study
• You’re available full-time, ideally starting this October (we’re flexible on dates!) and able to stick around till March.
• Super organized, love taking initiative, and have an eye for the little things
• Friendly, easy to talk to, and not afraid to speak up
• Confident working in English (Additional languages are a bonus!)
