Job summary

Jan Zandbergen Group is seeking an HR Intern to join our seven‑person HR team and actively contribute to day‑to‑day operations. You will work with experienced HR advisers, the HR Officer, Payroll and Recruitment, and help optimise HR processes.

You will gain hands‑on experience, participate in exciting projects like improving HR systems, external recruitment, and Learning & Development, and you will be part of a committed, enthusiastic team with real responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Studying for an MBO 4 or HBO qualification in HRM, Business Administration, or a similar subject.
• Inquisitive, proactive and not afraid to ask questions.
• You like to get stuck in and are keen to learn.
• You have strong communication skills and work in a structured manner.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an HR Intern, you will become part of our HR team of seven colleagues and play a full part in day-to-day operations. You will work closely with experienced HR advisers, the HR Officer, Payroll and Recruitment. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to improving and optimising our HR processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping to develop and improve HR processes
• Providing support with HR administration and staff management
• Contributing to training and development programmes (L&D)
• Contributing ideas on how we can organise HR more intelligently and efficiently

In addition, you’ll be involved in a number of exciting projects, such as:

• Optimising our HR systems
• External recruitment and collaboration with suppliers
• Developing training and learning programmes (L&D)

In short: no fetching coffee, but making a real impact and learning.

ABOUT YOU
